The Preparation vessel for MDI suspensions of one step method is idea equipment for MDI suspensions production which accordance GMP standard after we imported the equipment and researched it,digested it and finally redesign it.
All the material contact with product is made of AlSI316L stainless steel , other parts we adopt AISI304L stainless steel. We adopt anti-explosion technology for the control system. We have load cell installed on the bottom of the equipment which can display the weight accurately.This equipment is the vital equipment for the production of the three phrase MDl suspensions. All the main components we adopted for the equipment is from international brand.

The machine can operating preparation process and filling process at low temperature condition.
