The reaction vessel has advantages that high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant, easily operation, performance stable strong production capacity and so on.
Structure features
The reaction vessel consist of tank body, tank lid, agitator, heating jacket, supporting device, driving device, shaft sealing device and so on
The tank body sealed connecting with tank lid by flange, there discharging hole on the bottom of tank body, there is agitator inside the tank. there are holes on the tank lid for material inlet ixing review, temperature detecting and pressure detecting steam extraction fractionation, safety vent and so on
There are holes for heating oil(or steam)inlet &outlet, steam vent valve, heaters and so on
As the customer have different production technology, different operation condition, so their requirement to holes on tank lid, agitator types(paddle type, anchor type, frame type, spiral type etc), supporting type (hanging type or pedestal type ) and packing seal etc are different, so please contact our factory for design separately. The equipment ainly apply to production process like hydrolysis, neutralization crystallization, distillation, Evaporation, sterilization, storage etc in industry that pharmaceutical, chemical, food, natural flavoring, food additives, light industry etc. The reaction vessel can adopt stainless steel material

As some customer requires acid resistant, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistant, corrosion resistant and so on for the equipment, so our heating method available to steam, electrical heating heating oil, to meet different technology need in different working environment. We can design and manufacture according to customers technology requirement
The description for main structure
Mainly consist of four parts that including tank body, jacket, warm-keeping agitating device, supporting pedestal
1. Tank body adopt stainless steel(SUS304, SUS316L or SUS321 material etc, mirror polishing treatment to tank inside surface, available.
CIP cleaning, SIP sterilization, meet the sanitary regulation requirement
2. The jacket adopt stainless stee(SUS304)or carbon steel(q235-b)etc
3. Appropriate diameter height ratio design, customize agitator device according to reauirement.
Adopt pressure resistance sanitary mechanical sealing device, to keep working pressure inside of tank, to prevent unnecessary pollution and material loss by the leakage of material inside the tank.
4. The supporting type adopt supporting lug or floor type supporting legs.
